From SOJ Winter 1999:
The organ was installed in 1976 in the new church building by George Fincham & Sons of Melbourne. It is a neo-classical mechanical action instrument, a style popular at that time, the specification being drawn up by Fr John de Luca. It was designed to play classical repertoire and to support strong congregational singing or a choir. It was originally built with 11 stops and 2 prepared for (Great Blockflöte 2 and Pedal Fagott 16) which were subsequently added later.
