LifeWay (formerly St Mark's) Lutheran Church
56 Norfolk Road, Epping

George Fincham & Sons 1972 (1/5 mechanical)
The organ was advertised for sale in 2018 and sold to Steven Woolcott

From SOJ October 1973:

On 9th September, 1973, St Mark's Lutheran Church in Epping dedicated a one manual Positiv organ with the following specification:

Manual
Gedeckt
Gemshorn
Prinzipal
Quinte
Mixtur 22.29

8
4
2
1-1/3
II

Compass 56 notes

All key and stop action is mechanical, and the pipes are classically voiced with low wind pressures. The organ's bright and clear sound is very suited to leading a congregatlon in its worship. The organ was built in 1972 and installed temporarily in Ormond College Chapel at the University of Melbourne (pending the completion of their new organ ordered from Ron Sharp).

Its installation in Epping probably breaks all records for the speedy success of an organ fund. On 5th August the church accepted an offer to provide an organ suitable for church use. Organ builders in Sydney and Melbourne were approached, with the result that this Positiv organ was purchased from Geo. Fincham & Sons of Melbourne for $3,600.
