2.00 pm, Sunday, 22 August 2010, Cost $20.00Town Hall organist, Robert Goode, presents a widely ranging programme of fine music demonstrating the versatility and beauty of the Pitt Street organ. The programme includes Saint-Saens' famous Carnival of the Animals with the witty introductions by Ogden Nash, as well as works by Bach, Vivaldi, Elgar, and a new toccata by Graeme Rawson. Artists also appearing are soprano, Diane Stanford, bass baritone and narrator, Barry Strong, and Melissa Abraham on the trumpet and tuba.
